Lenovo Subsidiary Acquires Shjiazhuang Group

Massive Top Limited, a subsidiary of Lenovo Group Ltd., agreed to acquire Chinese state-owned Shjiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group Company Ltd., a pharmaceuticals manufacturer and investment holding company. The deal, pending government approval, will be worth about 632 million yuan.
