US soft drinks giant Coca-Cola's takeover deal of Chinese juice maker Huiyuan is currently under antitrust review by China's Ministry of Commerce. Coca-Cola said it has submitted all the necessary materials to the ministry and expected to receive the result by March 23 next year.
