The director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) Li Yizhong said that the government will invest 15 billion yuan as loan interest compensation for the technology investments of enterprises, hoping to promote 300 to 400 billion yuan in loan for technology investments. Li said that this plan has been supported by National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance. Now MIIT is making the guidance for the technology update of enterprises.
