Positivo Rejects Lenovo's Offer

Brazilian PC maker Positivo Informatica has rejected Lenovo’s offer to acquire the company. Lenovo offered 18 Brazilian Reals (US$7.70) per share to acquire a majority stake, but Positivo said in a statement that it wasn't in the best interest of Positivo’s shareholders.
