Sanyuan to Lease Part of Sanlu’s Assets

Beijing-based Sanyuan Foods Co. said it has adjusted its purchase plan of Sanlu’s assets as the troubled dairy producer entered bankruptcy. Sanyuan said its new wholly-owned subsidiary in Shijiazhuang will start by leasing some dairy assets from Sanlu.
