Baosteel Invests in Shanghai-Hangzhou Line

- Baosteel will invest 2 billion yuan in a new passenger railway connecting Shanghai and Hangzhou.

- Baosteel will chip in about 15 percent of the overall investment.

- The National Development and Reform Commission approved the new line in November.
