CCB To Issue 40 Billion Bonds

» China Construction Bank will issue subordinate bonds of no more than 40 billion yuan on the inter-banking market.

» CBRC and People’s Bank of China approved the bond issuing.

» Fundraising will be used to enhance capital adequacy, said the bank.
