Review of Coke-Huiyuan Deal to be Concluded

» The anti-trust review by China's Ministry of Commerce of Coca-Cola's bid for local beverage giant China Huiyuan Juice Group will end on March 20.

» The ministry launched the review on November 20, in line with China's new anti-trust process.

» A spokesperson for the ministry said that the deadline is legally allowed to be extended.
