» China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group said it has signed intent agreements with several investors for first phase fundraising for its industry investment fund.

» The fund will focus on investments in nuclear and other clean energy projects.

» Guangdong Nuclear Power PE was approved in September 2007 with a total amount of 10 billion yuan. The first phase of fundraising is expected to reach 7 billion yuan.

» Investors include China Shuangwei Investment Co., Bank of China Ltd., China Development Bank and China Construction Bank Corp.
