Huaxia Bank Shareholders Approve 10 Bln Yuan Bond Issue

» Huaxia Bank Co. said its shareholders have approved a plan to issue up to 10 billion yuan of subordinated bonds by the end of next year.
» Yield will be set according to the market.
» Shareholders also approved the bank’s full-year profit target of 4.1 billion yuan, said the bank.
» The bank also said it aims to keep its non-performing loans ratio within 1.82 percent in 2009.
