» Zhang Tao, vice president of the High People's Court of Chongqing, has been detained and recently held under investigation for allegedly being involved in economic illegal practice.
» Zhang's latest public appearance was on May 14, when he talked to the media on cracking down on serious crimes in Chongqing.
»  The investigation also involves Wu Xiaoqing, formerly head of the enforcement chamber of the High Court and now the principal of the Chongqing branch of the National Judges College.
