Air China May Passengers Up 14.7%

» Flagship carrier Air China Ltd. said May passengers totaled 3.06 million, up 14.7 percent from a year earlier, due to an increase in domestic traffic.
» In a statement on its website, Air China said domestic passengers increased 19.7 percent year-on-year, against a fall of 10 percent on its international routes.
» May cargo and mail volumes fell 8.6 percent to 71,821 tons, with domestic cargo and mail falling 2.6 percent year-on-year. International volumes fell 17.9 percent.
