» Gome Electrical Appliances Holdings Ltd. said it has appointed one of its vice presidents to the position of executive board director.
» Gome said Sun Yiding will serve a one-year term following the retirement of Liu Penhui as independent non-executive director.
» Sun, 41, has worked with former president Huang Guangyu, who is currently detained and under investigation for alleged economic crimes committed since 1999.
