China and Holland Sign Memo on Energy Cooperation

» China and the Netherlands inked a memorandum on energy cooperation in Beijing Sept. 9, said Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs Maria van der Hoeven.
» The minister said that the memo is aimed to promote cooperation on energy efficiency, renewable energy, clean energy, maintaining a reliable energy supply, transportation and infrastructure construction.
» During her four-day visit to China, several prominent Dutch companies, including oil giant Royal Dutch Shell and asset manager Robeco Group, signed cooperative pacts with Chinese enterprises on Sept. 9.
