» The UN Foundation is focusing most of its attention on climate change and taking steps to push forward international climate negotiations, according to Tim Worth and Ted Turner, two of its board members.
» Worth told Caijing that the foundation's board members planned to visit China in October and their priority is to help climate talks between China and the United States, the two largest greenhouse gas emitters, gain momentum.
» Worth said the ongoing UN Climate Summit will lay foundations for a series of specific and significant pacts between the two powers that are expected during U.S. president Barack Obama's visit to China in November.
