»Ukraine's total foreign debt (state and corporate) has reached 93.5 percent of GDP, a spokesman for the government told the press on March 17.

»As reported, nominal GDP in 2009 was UAH 912.563 billion, which means, Ukraine will have to repay more than 100 billion U.S. dollars of debts. This spokesman said it was an unprecedented critical debt level for countries with a transition market economy.
