»Calculated on the middle price of the indicative price range, Tudou is expected to raise 161 million U.S. dollars from the IPO. If the underwriters exercised their rights to oversubscribe all of the 900,000 shares, the video company will receive a total of 18 million U.S. dollars, according to the filing.
