Wang Boming, Editor-in-Chief of Caijing Magazine-
* Mr. Wang is Vice Chairman of China Securities Industry Institute, concurrently Director of the Government Bond Association and the Asia Securities Industry Institute. Mr. Wang is also President of the Stock Exchange Executive Council ("SEEC").
* From 1987 to 1988, Mr.Wang was Economist at the Research Department of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr.Wang received his MIA from Columbia University in 1987.
* Mr. Wang played an active role in establishing the stock exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen, as well as the first underwriting syndicate of Chinese government bonds. In 1992, Mr. Wang was instrumental in setting up the first investment fund listed in China.
